These terms govern your use of this website, which is operated by Hrim Innovation LLP, New Delhi, India ("SAARTI", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

The website. This site is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer to sell. No purchase can be made through this website.

Enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not create any obligation on either side. SAARTI may decline any enquiry, or end any correspondence, at its sole discretion and without giving a reason.

Acquisition. A piece can be acquired only through a private invitation and a separate written agreement. That agreement sets out the price, the hosted stay and ceremony, delivery, ownership conditions, including limits on transfer, and cancellation. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Nature of SAARTI. References on this site to energy, esoterics, rites and tradition describe SAARTI's beliefs and practice. They are not claims of any physical, medical, psychological or financial effect.

Guest accounts. Guest Login is available only to people invited by SAARTI. You are responsible for keeping your access details confidential. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time.

Intellectual property. All content on this site belongs to SAARTI or its licensors, including text, images, film, marks and design. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

No warranty. The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, SAARTI is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies.
