• Information from advertising platforms such as Meta about how you reached this site, where you have consented to this.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest.
• To consider guests and to arrange acquisition, delivery and hosted stays. The legal basis is taking steps towards a contract, and performing one.
• To measure and improve our advertising and our website. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To meet legal, tax and customs obligations. The legal basis is legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host the site, send email or provide analytics.
• Advertising platforms, but only with your consent.
• Logistics partners and host properties, where needed for delivery or a stay.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Each of these receives only what it needs.

Retention. Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after last contact. Records of acquisition and archival ownership are kept for as long as the piece exists, because authenticity depends on them. Other data is kept only as long as the law requires.
